“Worrying is like a rocking chair, it gives you something to do but it doesn’t get you anywhere.” -Anonymous
This is so true!! You can worry about things you have done or things you haven’t done but in the end it won’t do anything for you now. You have to move on and realize that what is done is done. All you can do is prepare yourself and hope for the best.
Many people worry about job interviews, I am not saying I’m not one of them but the thing about interviews is that they just want to know about you. They are not going to kill you or torture you, even though it feels like it sometimes. They just want to know what you know. Worrying about the interview just tends to make it harder when it actually comes time to go into the interview because you have freaked yourself out. If you just try to look at interview questions and come up with some ideas or things like that you won’t be just rocking back and forth in a chair but moving forward.
The other big thing that people worry about is tests. Well the thing about tests is that as long as you study to the best of your ability you shouldn’t worry. It is not going to help you on the test if you’re worried, take a step and do something about it. Next time you are worried about something ask yourself why and what can you do to prepare yourself so you aren’t worried. Life is what you make of it, so what are you going to do today?
